09:00 To 04:17

are you going to attend WHY AND HOW YOU SHOULD PATENT YOUR WORK?
Yes, I am  No one is attending yet.

Event Description

Patenting your work is a difficult task and one that’s not easy to approach if you’re lacking guidance. Because the European environment is completely different from a legal standpoint from the US one, where patenting is a very competitive ecosystem, we really believe that you’ll find this next event very helpful.

On September 11 we’re hosting the European Patent Office (EPO) for a day-long event in which you’ll be able to:

  • learn about EPO and the European patent system
  • learn about key articles of the European Patent Convention, explained clearly and in a useful manner
  • discover what a patent application entails and which criteria is used to analyze it
  • learn how to draft and submit a patent application
  • what is patentable and what is not and much more.

Representatives from the European Patent Office specialized in telecom and computer science will give short, but specific presentations on key facts about the patenting process for the tech products and services. The event will be organized with the collaboration of the Employers’ Association of the Software and Services Industry (ANIS).
