Event Description

After a couple of light summer events, we’re ready to sink our teeth into some serious knowledge. If you share our appetite for product lessons learnt the hard way – that is through founding a startup – then this event is just right for you!

Our guest on August 14 will be Yann Girard, startup founder and startup adviser, who will be sharing his experience with selling products, from building trust to finding your customer and convincing them to make the purchase.

Yann is currently touring Europe to meet tech communities and share the lessons he has learnt, but most of all to Raise Awareness for Entrepreneurship and create a context for shared learning between entrepreneurs.

About our guest

After co-founding a startup in China, Yann Girard worked on the investor side for a while in Germany and the US, observing investment practices in Berlin and NYC startups. After gaining experience with developing and selling products and the VC scene, Yann wrote “The Perfectly Executed Startup”, a book about startups sharing similar experiences, challenges and pitfalls, which is written following the lean methodology.
