The Netherlands Romanian Chamber of Commerce (NRCC) together with Deloitte Romania invites you to the NRCC Tax Outlook 2016 By Deloitte – “New tax developments in practice”. The event will take place in Bucharest, at Athenee Palace Hilton Hotel, on 1st March 2016, starting at 09.00.
Tax is a hot topic nowadays. At the national level, both the Tax Code and the Fiscal Procedural Code were significantly amended starting January 2016. Also, internationally, extensive discussions are underway over the necessary measures needed for countering tax avoidance and profit shifting. Both the OECD and the EU Commission are presenting initiatives to ensure that structures are not artificially created through the Netherlands or Luxembourg, for instance, and that profits are taxed where they belong.
Our event aims to give you an update on these changes and to provide practical answers to your questions which will enable you to maximize the available opportunities and to limit the tax risks.
We are also honored by the presence of Her Excellency Mrs. Stella Ronner Grubačić, the Ambassador of the Netherlands in Romania.
