Event Description
When in school it was always a pain to learn from my own notes, no matter how beautiful or horrifying my writing was! Just because it was… dull: notebooks full of letters. It was the same as I started going to interviews, attended conferences and workshops, scheduled sales and strategy meetings for developing my business.
But I found another way. A better way. That of the creative mind and the playful pencil. These two can transform and redefine your note taking, your agenda, your meetings, your projects and your life.
Through writing and drawings, not only do you become more engaged in whatever you are listening to, but it can also help you be more present, see the larger picture, get structured, capture more details, and record things in such a way that it’s easier (and more interesting) to remember what everything was about even months or years later.

About Paul Dumitru
When he’s not sketching in his own notebook, Paul is doing graphic recording (aka drawing LIVE visual briefs) at conferences and company events in order to make their outcome more relevant and lasting for the attendees. He’s been doing it for the Dubai Government in Paris, the CEE HR Team of Danone, the CEE top management team of Michelin and for a public event by Grafitti PR, Microsoft & Gândul.info. Paul is also managing partner at JuKaVa, a company that builds personal developmentprograms for children, like summer camps and workshops
